The SDM coordinates in Italy the management of two organic farms in Umbria with a strong propensity to olivicultura, integrated with the search for new quality and preservation of ancient cultivars, but especially the production of extra virgin olive oil of superior quality. Moreover, the production of typical crops (such as legumes, cereals ancient) and 'breeding of animals in the most natural way possible complement our cycles.
